We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below to guide your return or exchange.


Faulty Items or Change of Mind

  • Faulty or defective goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange including return shipping costs.
  • Reports made after 48 hours may still be accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • For change of mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees apply (details below).
  • We comply fully with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and all relevant Danish consumer protection laws.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email us at info@henriksacsolutions.com to receive a Return Authority (RA) form and number.
  2. Pack Carefully
    Repack the item in original packaging. Ensure safe transit – items damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for return.
  3. Label & Ship
    Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable), or return to the address below: Henrik’s AC Solutions

  4. Processing Your Return
    Once received and inspected (within 1–2 business days), we’ll confirm whether your return is approved. You will receive:
    • A refund (via your original payment method), or
    • A credit to your account, or
    • An exchange, depending on your request

Note: All returns must include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund minus a 4% admin fee.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, the cost of delivery and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Pricing

In the rare event of a pricing error:

  • We will try to honour the displayed price.
  • If that is not possible, a full refund will be provided if you choose to cancel the order.

Damage in Transit

  • All products are quality-checked before shipment.
  • Please inspect goods on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.
  • If the delivery docket is signed as “received in good condition”, liability transfers to the buyer.

Important Notes

  • Goods must be returned complete, including all manuals and accessories.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if sent without our approval or label.
  • For pickup orders, items will be stored for up to 14 days before being considered unclaimed or restocked.
