We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure competitive shipping rates and fast delivery times, whether to your door or to a nearby depot.


📦 Shipping Options

1. Standard Delivery (Home or Business Address)
Our door-to-door service includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature may be required.

2. Depot Collection – Save on Shipping!
Prefer to pick up your order at your convenience? Choose local depot collection at checkout and save on delivery costs.

  • Available in multiple regions across Europe
  • You will receive a notification once your item is ready for pickup
  • Orders must be collected within 5 business days of arrival

Please note: delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Weekends and holidays are not included in estimates.

📄 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours
  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after processing
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

💸 Shipping Costs

All prices are displayed in EUR (or DKK for Danish customers) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Use the shipping calculator at checkout to view delivery costs based on your location.
If you receive a “Shipping Not Available” message, please contact us—we’ll provide a custom quote.


📬 Authority to Leave (ATL)

At checkout, you can opt to allow the courier to leave the parcel at your nominated address without a signature.

  • Without ATL: If no one is home, the parcel will be taken to the depot and redelivery may incur additional fees
  • With ATL: Items are left unattended at your risk—Henrik’s AC Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage

📦 Pallet Deliveries

Larger HVAC systems may arrive on a pallet. You’ll need to:

  • Remove the unit from the pallet
  • Ask the driver to take the pallet (if possible), or dispose of it locally

📋 Important Delivery Terms

  • Inspect packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately with photos
  • Damage after signing for delivery may not be covered unless reported within 24 hours with evidence
  • Incorrect addresses or failed deliveries may result in additional shipping or return fees
  • Delivery is to the front of your property only (not inside rooms or buildings)

❓Will Someone Need to Be Home?

Yes. For larger systems and signature-required deliveries, someone must be present at the delivery address.
We also recommend having help available to move heavy items or unpack them safely.
